Andreas Panagos is a co-founder of GKAP. Andreas has been involved in real estate for 20 years, and has had the same passion working his way from the ground up. Andreas began his career as a mortgage broker, where he quickly began his own mortgage company. From there, he went on to commercial financing and he quickly came to an appreciation for investment sales and had a keen eye for a property's future value in development. He began a commercial investment brokerage and soon after set his eyes towards development. Andreas directs the day to day operations of the company, supporting the mission and vision of GKAP. He is responsible for overseeing the management of projects, as well as heading acquisitions, joint ventures and working collaboratively with all of our partners and team. He is a member of HABA (Hellenic Bankers Association)
George Konnaris is a co-founder at GKAP. George is a skilled architect with 30 years of experience in the New York City construction industry. His specialties include architectural and interior design, zoning variance and planning, project management, project financing, and project coordination. George brings his passion, dedication, and masterful experience into the real estate development world. His background expands from development of multiple residential buildings, mixed use rental buildings, condo buildings. to land use re-zoning. George oversees the property evaluation and feasibility and building design development of projects including structural, mechanical and all other engineering systems. He coordinates the approvals and permits for construction and negotiates construction contacts.
